This program provides structure and direction in training for those who are sick and tired of not seeing results at the gym and can’t afford a personal trainer.

If you’re eager to learn how to grow muscle and strength, and improve your fitness but can only commit to training 3-4 times per week, this program will help you fast-track your training.

When you purchase this program, it will automatically commence on the following Monday of your purchase. There is a 12 week minimum term for this program so that you can begin to see results before discerning whether you’d like to continue for the full 6 months of the program. At the end of the 6 months you’ll be invited to join the Thirty, Flirty & Thriving level 2 program.

The subscription will automatically renew unless contacted to cancel at the end of the first 12 weeks. Each week is just $30+gst (literally cheaper than a coffee a day). Keep in mind that most personal trainers charge upwards of $70 for a one hour session, so this program really gives you bang for your buck and will help you see results.

The Program

  • This block will consist of improving your basic lifting abilities. You will be performing 3 full body sessions per week, with the optional 4th weight session. There will also be optional conditioning sessions for those who want to work on improving cardiovascular fitness.

  • This block will continue to improve your basic lifting skills (remember, practice makes perfect!). Technique is a big focus for this block. We will also begin using new equipment, such as the Smith Machine in various movements.

  • This block will start to progress you into using the barbell for your lower body. With movements such as the Barbell Box Squat, Landmine Straddle Squat, Barbell Romanian Deadlift among many other new movements.

  • This block will start to progress you into using the barbell for the upper body as well as the lower body, with movements such as the Pendlay Row, Barbell Back Squat, and Barbell Romanian Deadlift.

  • This block will continue to progress you with many more barbell movements. You'll also be honing down on your technique for the movements you learned in the last block and adding in other variations of barbell movements too.

  • The final block of Thirty, Flirty & Thriving incorporates more barbell movements, with a big focus on stronger glutes and shoulders. There is an optional day 4 with weights, an optional Core and Conditioning session and an optional Tabata and Interval session. The aim of this block is to get stronger in movements like deadlifts, working on core strength and power/speed.

The Thirty, Flirty & Thriving program isn’t a yo-yo diet or a lose weight quick scheme. It’s a sustainable program that will help you to get the weight off and keep it off, to get strong and stay strong, to feel confident and look confident for the rest of your life.
